Every till in sync. Even when the Wi‑Fi isn't.

VoraTill keeps everything on the device, so you keep selling when the connection drops. When it's back, every iPad and iPhone in the shop catches up on its own.

Adding a second till or a phone for the stockroom takes a six‑digit code.

Your language. Your currency. Your tax.

Pick your country when you set up and VoraTill fills in your currency, your tax rate and your receipt language. Prices can include tax, as in Europe and Australia, or have it added at the till, as in North America.

Receipts print in your shop's language with the date, a tax breakdown and your tax number, the way your customers expect them.

Where it's available

VoraTill isn't a certified fiscal till yet. Some countries, including Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Sweden, Norway and Poland, require certified tills by law, so it can't be used there yet. Where a country has other rules worth checking, the app tells you during setup. You stay in charge of your own tax returns.

Questions shop owners ask

Do I need to buy any hardware?

No. An iPhone or iPad is enough to start selling. You can add a network receipt printer, a barcode scanner or a card reader whenever you like. If you already have a card machine, keep using it and record card sales in VoraTill.

Which card readers and providers work with it?

Stripe readers (smart and Bluetooth), SumUp readers and Tap to Pay on iPhone through SumUp, Square Terminal, and PayPal. You sign up with the provider yourself, so payouts go straight to your account at their rates, with nothing added by us. Each provider decides which countries it serves. Any other card machine works too: take the payment on it and record the sale as card.

Which countries can I use it in?

Most countries, in any currency. Choose yours when you set up. A few countries, including Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Sweden, Norway and Poland, require a certified fiscal till, which VoraTill isn't yet, so they aren't available for now. Where a country has other rules worth checking, the app shows a note.

Does VoraTill handle my taxes?

It works out tax on every sale, prints it on receipts and gives you a tax summary for any period. Registering, filing and paying your taxes stays with you or your accountant. Check the default tax rate for your country when you set up.

Which languages does it speak?

English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Estonian, Finnish, Swedish and Russian. Each till or phone can use its own language, and receipts print in your shop's language.

What happens if the internet goes down?

Keep selling. Everything is stored on the device first, and it syncs with your other tills as soon as you're back online.

What happens when the free trial ends?

You choose whether to subscribe. If you haven't yet, you get a 7‑day grace period. After that, selling pauses, but your products, stock, customers and sales history are all kept for when you come back.

Can my staff use it too?

Yes. Each person gets their own PIN and one of four roles (cashier, stock checker, supervisor or administrator), so everyone sees what they need and nothing they shouldn't.

How many iPads and iPhones can I use?

Up to 3 devices during the trial and up to 5 on the paid plan, all kept in sync.

Can I take my data with me?

Always. You can export your shop's data from Settings at any time.
